PRESCRIPTIONS AND LAB RESULTS  
It takes up to 5-7 days for your lab results to be ready. You can check your imaging and lab results online by visiting your Patient Portal. In case your results request a visit, you will be contacted by our staff.

REFILLS  
The fastest way to request refills is to submit a refill request via your Patient Portal. For assistance or questions please call us at 562 634 8812 or chat with us.

SURGICAL QUESTIONS 
If you are in the process of having or scheduling a surgical procedure please contact our Surgical coordinators at 562 634 8812, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

YOUR DOCTOR 
You can contact your physician by sending a secure message through your Patient Portal or by calling our office. Please note that our physicians are providing care in clinic 8am – 7pm and that you might receive a call back the next day.
However, if your matter is urgent or one of our Nurses or Mid-level providers can assist you please call our office and your request will be processed right away.
